Quality Program entra nella rete di organizzazioni Europee attente al tema della Corporate social responsibility: ELSIR.

The Network ELSIR, here constituted, bases its activity and organization on some areas of global interests, particularly referring to the Territorial and Corporate social responsibility (CSR): is a concept whereby companies integrate social and environmental concerns in their business operations and in their interaction with their stakeholders on a voluntary basis. It is about enterprises deciding to go beyond minimum legal requirements and obligations stemming from collective agreements in order to address societal needs. Through CSR, enterprises of all sizes, in cooperation with their stakeholders, can help to reconcile economic, social and environmental ambitions. As such, CSR has become an increasingly important concept both globally and within
the EU, and is part of the debate about globalisation, competitiveness and sustainability. In Europe, the promotion of CSR reflects the need to defend common values and increase the sense of solidarity and cohesion.
